How would you like an astrophotography experience of a lifetime? Join Nikon instructor Steven Morris in an Introduction to nightscape photography at the NASA Deep Space Communications Complex located in Canberra.
The NASA Deep Space Communications Complex is currently undergoing 40+ missions and still receiving signals from Voyager which is still going strong!
Not only will you have the chance to photograph the stars over a 70-meter radio antenna, but you will also enjoy a guided tour of the facility and then settle in for the rest of the night photographing.
Images captured on the night CANNOT be used for commercial purposes also we must abide by NASA’s regulations. The Deep Space Complex also requires all mobile phones to be switched off or in flight mode as they can interfere with signals being received from NASA missions.
